Utrecht Housing is the new name of AmstelHousing Utrecht, a trusted address for renting, letting, and property management for decades. Under the new name Utrecht Housing real estate agent Arthur Noordijk will continue their activities and add new services, such as the sale and purchase assistance of homes in the province of Utrecht.
Growth in a Changing Market
Under the care of AmstelHousing, a nationwide franchise, Arthur learned the tricks of the trade. Now that the franchise is ending, Arthur will continue its activities in Utrecht.
Because the rental market has been so volatile in recent years, we are increasingly being asked to sell vacant rental properties. Tenants, often expats, are also turning to us for help with purchasing a home. We have organically grown into a full-service real estate agency where clients can find solutions for all their housing needs.
